The Royal Oasis Golf Resort and Casino is comprised of two properties, the Holiday Inn SunSpree and the Crowne Plaza. The entire resort complex (including the two hotels, seperate pools for each hotel, a combined pool, the country club, casino, golf courses, tennis courts, etc.) is nestled amid 1,000 acres of lush tropical gardens. The Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort encompasses the country club and golf center, and is located on one side of the complex, with the Crowne Plaza across the street, adjacent to the Casino and the famous International Bazaar. Unifying both Resorts is a new million gallon ‘beach’ pool with two water slides, a health spa, a fitness center and a children’s playground area.

There is a choice of three beautiful pool areas, one at the Crowne Plaza, one at the Holiday Inn Sunspree (each pool area also features a gigantic hot tub), a new million-gallon “beach sand” pool. So, whichever hotel you choose, you are only steps away from a quick dip!

This new pool is the centerpiece of the resort. It is the first ever million-gallon, freshwater, “beach sand” pool with a gentle slope to wade and deeper sections to go out deeper for swimming, a soft sand bottom and a nice sandy beach. Just like being at the beach, but it’s a freshwater swimming pool.The resort is not located on the beach, so the “beach” sand pool, brings the beach to the resort. And it’s better than the real beach (in some respects), filtered freshwater, no waves to knock over the little ones, no sharks, jellyfish, crabs, or other ocean life to have to worry about.

Enjoy the tropical setting of all of the Royal Oasis pool areas, combined, they resemble intimate grottos of lush, deserted islands. A great place to relax after a day of golfing, shopping, business meetings, sightseeing, or adventuring, just the thing to get you refreshed and ready for another exciting evening of gaming, dancing or just enjoying the tropical evening air of Grand Bahama Island!

All guests staying at either the Holiday Inn Sunspree or the Crowne Plaza will be able to enjoy the complete facilities of the Royal Oasis complex including signing privileges anywhere on the Resort.

Resort Transportation: A free shuttle travels to Xanadu Beach every half hour (about a 10 minute trip).
The resort offers a colorful “Trolley” to transport guests around the resort.
